Impressed

So the past two weeks have been kind of overwhelming. They have been great and I've been having a lot of fun, but everyday it just seems  like there is too much to do with the time given (I understand how lame that sounds since right now I have time to rant on my blog). Last night I realized (while cleaning late for cleaning checks) that I do not understand how some people do it! So I guess I'm just thankful that I have the life I have and the few worries I have to worry about.

The unfortunate truth

 (My shoes got the worst of it- they were trashed before, but now, as you can see by the discoloration, they are now completely gone cus of the puke. My friend Jeff's shoes got like 2 splats on it too. FML)
So this is going to be short and simple: Tonight I went to my FHE brothers house to hang out, and I started laughing right after I had taken a drink of water and then the worst slash funniest thing ever happened- I PUKED! Seriously- I up-chucked my dinner and got it on their carpet, ruined my shoes and got it on my roommates pants. bahahahaha my life is seriously a joke

I did a lot of Pinteresting things today

In my attempt to be domestic I tried cooking a legit dinner. I made spaghetti and meatballs but really, Carla made spaghetti and meatballs because she helped me so much. I decided instead to just stick with what I can do ...decorating. And thanks to Pinterest, I don't even have to come up with the ideas, I just find them online and copy them! Brilliant. Here are my latest projects :)

Update

First, I just want to say that goodbyes are not fun! Not fun at all. Marcus (my most awesome cousin ever who I swear is my twin separated by a year) came to Utah to visit before he left on his mission. It was great hanging out with him and showing him around BYU campus and Provo, but now he's gone and I won't see him for two years. Boo.

I have been on a Pinterest craze lately! But I actually did some of the crafts I pinned so it was worth it! My apartment is actually decorated and has proof that girls live in it now!
Next.
I hate Wal-Mart. Sandra bought her bike there and I rode it home for her. Flat tire in less than 20 min. How about you sell a more shotty bike next time huh?! It was a funny time though. Just know that walking your bike is really embarrassing.
Finally.

I love the church. Truest thing out there.

General Conference

I am so excited for General Conference!! I have been doing a lot of thinking about the church lately and I am so excited to hear from the prophets. I feel so incredibly blessed that I am able to hear from men who have such a strong testimony of God and are able to guide us to what we need to do. I know they are servants of God and can communicate with Him. Also, I love Mormon Message!

FHE (fun, happy entertainment)

Yea! A girl from my FHE just came by and let us know that we are doing linedancing for our activity tonight. YEEE HAWW!!! I love any kind of dancing and the fact that we are dancing as a group makes me super happy. Getting the chance to be goofy and uncoordinated will bring people together better than anything :) Also I'm just glad that we have FHE because it's always fun.

Sidenote, I am watching "Killer Outbreaks" right now....It's a miracle I am still alive. Germs are scary!!!

P Party

I'm going to start out his blog post with my story of the three P's: Poop, Pee and Period. So during the summer I worked at Gold's Gym in the child care center. It was so fun because I worked with my cousin and some of the kids (Guel, Aranza, Broaden, Kayle, Kale and LeBre to be exact) were super cute and humored me by dancing with me during our dance off dance parties. However, on my last day of work this baby I was holding decided to take a big old dooce and, without me knowing, it exploded out of her diaper onto my arm!! When I handed her to another worker so I could start story time, I noticed a big, gray and yellow (seriously what was she eating) clump of poo. I ran to the bathroom, almost vomited and said ADIOS POOPY GOLDS GYM and biked home (I think I drove a car a total of 5 times this summer). So that was the first P.
Second, I was at Priest Lake in beautiful Idaho for my family vacation. It was going great up to this point. I had enjoyed lots of skiiing and tubing. But then, sitting around the camp table, a red liquidish thing lands on my arm. Thanks squirrel above me for deciding to have your period blood land on me. (for reals thanks though- if I ever play "I have" I guarantee no on else has had a squirrel period on them so I would win)
Third, I was taking family pictures and all of a sudden me and my (amazing) sister Rachel get peed on my a bird! It stunk soooooo bad!!! We put a smile on our face though, you can't tell we smell bad in the pictures I swear.
